What are your shipping options and costs?

Our delivery takes 3-5 Business Days. Excluding weekends and public holiday's.

Courier Delivery Rates

Courier fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. No surprises — you'll see the exact fee before you complete your purchase.

The Courier Guy Door Delivery rates:

  • Up to 5kg — R110
  • Up to 10kg — R140

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us and we'll arrange a convenient pickup. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note: for hygiene reasons, disposable items (pads, applicators, wands, tape, etc.) cannot be returned. Exchanges on non-defective items require the customer to cover courier costs both ways.
