RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment At CK Beauty Supplies, we are committed to providing professional-grade beauty supplies of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place to protect both our customers and the integrity of our supplies.
2. Hygiene & Safety Policy In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This applies to all beauty tools, devices, and disposable products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is non-negotiable.
3. Disposable Products — Non-Returnable All single-use and disposable products — including but not limited to micro brushes, lash glue stickers, under-eye pads, mascara wands, glue rings, mapping string, and similar consumable items — are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
4. Unopened & Sealed Items Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted in writing to [your email] within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A refund or store credit will be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned item
5. Damaged or Defective Goods In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Disposable or single-use items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Gift cards
7. Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
8. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
