SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Area CK Beauty Supplies ships nationwide across South Africa only. We do not currently ship internationally or to neighbouring countries.

2. Courier Partner All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will be processed and handed over to The Courier Guy same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day
  • Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Delivery Timeframes Once collected by The Courier Guy, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to the courier's operational capacity.

5. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R2,500. Orders below R2,500 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

6. Delivery Only We are an online store and do not offer a collection/pickup option at this time. All orders are delivered to your specified delivery address.

7. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on The Courier Guy's website at www.thecourierguy.co.za.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. CK Beauty Supplies cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence at info@ckbeautysupplies.co.za . We will liaise with The Courier Guy on your behalf.
